His Ex Saw One Selfie, But Her Revenge Was Something No One Expected…

Police in San Diego say a twenty three year old woman allegedly turned a breakup into a revenge operation after her ex posted a selfie captioned “Leveling up.” Authorities say he leveled into chaos.

Over four days, his rental unit reportedly became the most evaluated nine hundred square feet in Southern California.

Companies showed up offering roof inspections, foundation assessments, mold testing, termite evaluations, chimney safety checks, plumbing pressure diagnostics, window efficiency audits, and pre-sale readiness consultations.

One inspector asked him where he planned to relocate after closing. He replied, “I rent.” Neighbors said clipboards were everywhere.

Two separate termite companies showed up simultaneously and argued over who had the confirmed time slot.

Police traced the submissions back to a newly created email address allegedly linked to the woman.

Investigators said several forms included comments such as “Owner eager. Open to immediate upgrades.

” When questioned, she reportedly said, “He said I wasn’t building anything with him. Now he is.”

She now faces charges related to harassment and unlawful use of personal information.

The ex has reportedly stopped answering his door and placed a sign reading “NOT FOR SALE.”

One responding officer summed it up: “I’ve seen revenge texts. I’ve never seen someone try to refinance a man emotionally.”

A breakup that started with a selfie ended with clipboards, termite wars, and a rental unit that was never for sale.

Not violence. Not threats. Just paperwork.

And the quiet horror of an ex who decided that if she could not build a future with him, she would build a construction zone around him.
